IWA Residential Towers is a landmark high-rise residential development by Srias Life Spaces, located in Puppalguda, Hyderabad. Spread across 7 acres with a built-up area of approximately 6 million sq.ft, the project comprises six towers rising to 40 floors, planned as a large-scale, premium urban residential destination.

The design emphasizes optimized tower placement, efficient vertical circulation systems, and podium-level amenities to support high-density living. Structural clarity, coordinated execution, and large-scale residential planning were key drivers in delivering consistency across multiple towers.

Srias Elisium is a mid-rise residential cluster designed to address density through balanced massing, efficient core planning, and optimized unit layouts. The project comprises four residential towers rising to 15 floors, organized to ensure functional circulation and livability within a compact site.

The planning approach prioritizes clarity of movement, efficient vertical circulation, and well-proportioned residential units, creating a comfortable and scalable residential environment aligned with urban growth.
