Design Intent
The design intent centered on achieving planning efficiency and constructability while delivering high-quality residential layouts. Compact floor plates, rationalized structural grids, and optimized circulation cores ensure functional clarity and long-term usability.
Architectural Expression
The tower adopts a modern architectural language with clean vertical articulation and balanced massing, reinforcing its identity as a refined residential landmark without visual excess.
